About- Biophysical Interactions
As part of the Preliminary HSC Course students are required to complete a unit of work on "Biophysical Interactions". As part of this unit of work, students will explore in depth the four different spheres. These spheres are the Biosphere, Hydrosphere, Lithosphere and the Atmosphere.
This website is designed to assist students in their learning and understanding of these spheres. They will also explore their significance and the way in which they interact with one another. In understanding these processes students will be able to apply this knowledge to the sustainable management of the environment.
A case study on one issue facing a specific biophysical sphere will be completed. On this website students will find resources to support their learning in all the optional geographical issues.
